Fees

Both home staging or redesign can be either a consultation only or a full staging bid. The first is simply a meeting with the client, a walk-through of the entire house both in and out, followed up by, if necessary, a written report with suggestions of what will work for them. They are then left to do the recommended alterations on their own. The latter is a full staging bid. This also starts with a consultation meeting, a walk-through and, if necessary, a written report of suggestions which also includes a bid for Place Lift to complete the task at hand. I would hire the appropriate contractors and oversee the entire project to the end. However, there are many levels of service I can provide depending on how much or how little the client wishes to do themselves. The cost will be adjusted accordingly.
